When you’re trying to change your life, Taking the first steps can be daunting, but understanding how to move forward daily becomes extremely challenging. How to we take a vision so large and turn it into action. Well in recovery the process was referred to with a question.
How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time!
Momentum is gained when we’ve first created a vision & secondly build upon that vision. So I encourage you to ask yourself 2 questions and take action on 1 statement.
- Where do you leave off. Understand the last move and how that fits into your big picture.
- What is the next logical step? This will assure that the effort your providing is moving you in a specific direction of your choosing.
- Begin that step! Here’s your orders for the day. Notice I didn’t say complete or finish or work for an hour. No! Simply begin that step. This way no matter how much you complete, you’ve generated momentum. Momentum equals satisfaction.
